Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy We’re happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests whenever possible, subject to availability. To help us serve you better, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. Early Check-In (before standard check-in time): Available for an additional fee of CAD 50 (up to 1 hour). Late Check-Out (after standard check-out time): Also available for CAD 50 (up to 1 hour). Extended Time beyond 1 hour: Additional charges may apply, depending on availability and operational requirements. Important: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of CAD 500, as it may interfere with upcoming guest check-ins and scheduled housekeeping. Noise & Conduct Policy No Loud Music or Parties To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a CAD 500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay. Quiet Hours Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM sharp. Please observe this policy to avoid disturbances. Breaches may result in a CAD 1,000 fine. Key & Access Card Policy In case of loss or damage to the apartment/house key or knob, a fine of CAD 1,000 will apply. Kindly return the keys and knob to the same location where they were collected at the time of check-in. Latest check-in time: 11:00 PM. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not available. Guests arriving after this time may be unable to access the property, and no responsibility will be assumed for missed check-ins due to late arrival.
