It has a separate entrance and is occupied by a long-term tenant. The space is well soundproofed to ensure your privacy and comfort. 🚗 Parking Parking is available for 1 vehicle. If you require additional parking, please contact us for nearby free parking options. Garage parking is not available. 🧼 Cleaning & Safety The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay. All linens, towels, and bedding are freshly washed. Extra cleaning supplies are also provided for your convenience. For stays of 3 weeks or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required every 3 weeks at a fee of $295. ℹ️ Other Things to Note For stays longer than 28 days, we may conduct a property inspection during your stay or respond to any neighbor concerns if necessary. Guests with no reviews or lower ratings may be required to provide a refundable security deposit through Airbnb, which will be returned after checkout and inspection, provided there are no damages or rule violations. We appreciate respectful guests and thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable home for everyone.
